Marathon Start Time 9am

Half - Marathon Starts at 10am

 

Pre-race number & chip collection from 7.30am until 9.30am (8.30am for the Marathon)

 

Mainly off-road & car-free, just a bit of tarmac to start and finish with. These beautiful & winding courses are based from Sandy Balls Holiday Village, Godshill near Fordingbridge, (free parking and use of showers / toilets) choice of full Marathon or Half-marathon distances.

 

Run routes are predominantly on well-maintained forestry, gravel tracks, all clearly marked and marshalled on race day.

T-shaped course, marathon uses out-and-back loops so you can keep an eye on the opposition/give encouragement!

 

On arrival at the event please follow signs to parking areas on gravel only. Overnight Parking is not permitted. Accommodation is available at Sandy Balls Holiday Park  Two of the campsite blocks will be open for runners showers and toilets.

 

Finisher medals and probably more importantly, hot soup & roll afterwards!

 

 

We regret that due to the terrain of this event, it is not suitable for wheelchair athletes.

Minimum age requirement is 17 years.

Dogs are not permitted to accompany runners.

Garmin file of RUN COURSE - it is just 3 laps of the Fritham-Frogham cycle track! Tree canopy causes a slight error at one end - just ignore!!
