Swim 1.9km, Cycle 80km, Run 22km

Registration and race briefing on Saturday ONLY
(no registration on Sunday)

Swim in the tidal Beaulieu River. Wetsuits compulsory.
Cycle 2 laps in the southern area of The New Forest – Beaulieu to Lyndhurst, Brockenhurst, Lepe, Dibden.
Run 2 laps on the lanes and then river footpaths.

Beautiful venue: Race based at Buckler’s Hard on the Beaulieu estate.
