Swim 1.9km Ellingham Lake - park at Sandy Balls Race Day Transport provided. Wetsuits compulsory. Cut off 1hour.
Cycle 90km - 2.5 laps from Ellingham past the Red Shoot, to Godshill, North Gorley route to finish at Sandy Balls Holiday Centre. Bike Cut-off: 5 hours from race start
Run 20km - mainly on road (unusual for us!) very scenic and very hilly (usual for us!)
