The Primera Bucklers Sprint Triathlon

At Buckler’s Hard, nr Beaulieu, Hants
Swim 750m, Cycle 25km, Run 5.5km

Open water swim in the tidal Beaulieu River (wetsuits may be compulsory dependent upon water temperature). NB there will be a current in the river so only strong or experienced swimmers should enter this event.
 To follow, a flat 25k cycle course loop all on tarmac roads from Beaulieu to The Heath, Applemore and returning to Beaulieu followed by the 5.5k run out-and-back course on the footpath along the river and through the boatyards to the finish in Bucklers Hard.
Cut-off times for each section: swim 30mins, cycle 1.5hrs. overall race cut-off 3hrs
