The Primera Swashbuckler Triathlon

Start time 5.15am
Swim 1.9km, Cycle 80km, Run 22km

Registration and race briefing on Saturday 21st ONLY between
11am – 3pm and race briefings at either 1pm or 3.15pm
(no registration will be available outside this time)

Swim 2 laps in the tidal Beaulieu River. Mass start.  NB. the river will have a current in one direction so may not be suitable for weaker swimmers (you need to be able to swim 1900m in normal conditions in under 45mins) Wetsuits compulsory. Cut off time 1hour.

Cycle 2 laps in the southern area of The New Forest – Beaulieu to Lyndhurst, Brockenhurst,  Fast and flat course!              
NB: Cut off time is 4.5hours after the race start!

Run 2 laps on the lanes and then river footpaths. Course cut-off is 7.5hours after the race start time.
